Over the years Construction Management, LLC has developed relationships with suppliers and engineering groups around the country which allow us to work efficiently in any region of the U.S. and in parts of Canada.  Many of these partners travel from project to project, bringing knowledge, experience, and skill with them to each plant.  This enables us to:

• Assist the owner in determining the suitability of a plant location
• Engage a local Civil Engineering firm to assist in site preparation
• Provide site-specific plant layouts and equipment layouts

• Assist in evaluating and selecting the best available site work contractor

• Select a local building supplier and erector

• Evaluate, select, and (with the help of our engineering partners) design the best plant equipment

• Choose reliable steel erection and equipment installation crews
